Estacionamiento
No parking inside the condominium. Free parking lot 500m away, in front of Aquamarina Condominium, at the roundabout before the Fundadores roundabout to the left. Golf cart transport between parking, Fundadores and nearby beaches available: +1 (809) 669-5119. Trash bin: on the right-hand side on the way to reception, just before the stairs.
Indicaciones
Key Pickup at Fundadores Condominium lobby — reception will help you locate the unit. The loft is near the reception, by the canal.

Air Conditioning
Set the desired temperature in the Nest Thermostat using the touch function located in the back-right part of the thermostat.
Kitchen — Stove
Electric stove. Set the temperature and place your pan or pot. Remember to turn it off after use.
Fundadores Access Cards
Pick up the access cards at the lobby/reception on arrival and return them at check-out. They are required to enter and exit the building. Each lost card costs $10.
Pool Area
You have access to the Fundadores pool, you can access from the parking area. You can ask for more guidance.
Garbage / Recycle
Trash bin is in the same hall the apartment door is.
